1. Booking and Payment

Reservations:
All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, email, or customer support. A booking is considered confirmed only after full or advance payment is received.

Payment:
Full payment or an advance amount is required at the time of booking (as per the tour requirement). We accept secure payment methods including UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.

Prices:
Tour prices shown on our website may change without notice. However, once your booking is confirmed and paid, the price is guaranteed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveler:
If you need to cancel your tour, please inform us at the earliest. Refund policy:

• 30 days or more before tour date: 90% refund

• 15–29 days before tour date: 50% refund

• Less than 15 days before tour date: No refund

Cancellation by Shiddant World Travels:
We may cancel a tour due to weather issues, unexpected events, government restrictions, or any situation beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive either a full refund or an alternative tour option.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, luggage loss, or other travel-related risks. Shiddant World Travels is not responsible for any such losses.

4. Health and Safety

Travel Requirements:
Travelers must ensure they meet all required health, safety, and legal travel guidelines, and carry necessary documents (ID proof, passport for foreign travelers, etc.).

Health and Fitness:
Some sightseeing areas may involve walking or physical activity. By booking a tour, you confirm that you and your group are medically fit to participate.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Shiddant World Travels reserves the right to modify or adjust the itinerary due to weather conditions, traffic, monument rules, maintenance, or other unavoidable situations. We ensure alternative arrangements to keep your experience enjoyable.

6. Travel Documentation

It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification and any required travel documents. Shiddant World Travels will not be held responsible for issues arising from missing or incorrect documentation.

7. Liability

Tour Experience:
We take every possible step to offer a safe and smooth experience. However, Shiddant World Travels will not be liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings

• Delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or government restrictions

• Issues caused by third-party services such as hotels, airlines, or transport agencies

Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control including natural calamities, pandemics, political issues, or emergencies.

8. Behavior and Conduct

We expect all travelers to behave respectfully towards guides, drivers, locals, and other guests. Any traveler who engages in rude, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may be removed from the tour without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Shiddant World Travels website—including images, logos, text, and designs—is our intellectual property. No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

By booking with Shiddant World Travels, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We protect your data and use it only for booking and communication purposes. Your information is never shared with third parties except when required for travel services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Agra.

12. Modifications to Terms

Shiddant World Travels reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
